PintaMinis

Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 August 2026

The short version. PintaMinis is free, run by one person as a hobby, and offered as-is. Your recipes and photos stay yours. Do not upload anything you have no right to upload. There is no uptime promise, and you should keep your own copy of anything you would hate to lose.

1. The service

PintaMinis is a tool for tracking a miniature paint collection: which paints you own, which are running out, what to buy, and how you painted something so you can paint it the same way again.

It is provided free of charge, with no subscription and no payment of any kind. It is an independent hobby project, not a company and not a commercial product. Using it means accepting these terms.

2. Your account

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create — your recipes, your notes and your photos. Nothing here transfers ownership.

To be able to run the service at all, you grant a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and display your content, solely for the purpose of operating PintaMinis and showing that content to you and to whoever you deliberately share it with. This licence exists only so the app can do its job. It ends when you delete the content or your account.

By uploading a photo you confirm you took it or otherwise have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

4. Publishing and linking recipes

Recipes are private until you choose to publish one. Publishing makes its content, its photo and an author name readable by any signed-in user holding the link — see the Privacy Policy for what that author name is.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

Accounts that do these things may be suspended or removed without notice.

6. The paint catalogue and trademarks

PintaMinis ships a catalogue of paint names, ranges and approximate colours so you can find your paints and search offline. It is provided for identification and reference only.

Citadel, Vallejo, The Army Painter, Green Stuff World and every other paint or game name are trademarks of their respective owners. PintaMinis is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. No claim is made to any of those marks, and colour values are approximations for on-screen display, not colour-accurate reproductions.

If you own a trademark and object to how it appears here, write to [email protected] and it will be addressed.

7. Availability and changes

There is no service level agreement, no uptime guarantee and no support commitment. Features may change or be removed, and the service may be discontinued.

Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. This is a free hobby service running on a free infrastructure tier. It is not a backup system, and it should not be the only place a recipe you care about exists.

Should the service ever shut down, reasonable notice will be given so you can export what matters to you.

8. No warranty

PintaMinis is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

In particular: the readiness verdicts, shopping lists and colour swatches are informational aids. Check your actual paint pots before relying on them to buy anything.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss arising from purchases you made based on what the app told you.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Ending it

You may stop using PintaMinis whenever you like and delete your account from Settings → Delete account. That erases your data immediately and permanently, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are breached in a way that harms other users or the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
