Every list and every recipe is checked against your inventory. A paint you have wishlisted counts as missing — it is not on the shelf yet — and one missing pot outranks several running low, because it blocks the job outright.
Every paint's card shows its closest matches in the other brands, graded by perceptual colour distance (CIEDE2000) — the industry's measure of what the eye can actually tell apart. Metallics only ever match metallics, washes only match washes: a gold and a brown can share a colour value and share nothing on a mini.
Publish a recipe and anyone with the link can save it to their account.
